Getting ready to bring out my 74 Super. It has been asleep for the last 3 years after I purchased a 2001 TDI diesel with 60,000 miles that was garaged. It is nice but not as fun to drive. While I was down, my parts source, MidAmerica Motor Works went to Corvettes only???? Anyone have a strictly vintage VW Beetle parts source, please?
Any help is appreciated and thank you.

I prefer Wolfsburg West myself. Parts are a little higher, but the quality is much better. The banner at the top of the forum lists quite a few good suppliers.

MAMotorworks still does VWs (in the scrolling banner ironically enough), too.  I have purchased from them without incident.  Wolfsburg West is certainly top drawer -- I got a nice set of pop-out rear quarter windows from them.  When it comes down to where to go, it depends on what you want.  Certain items are only made by one or two manufacturers, so one can be prudent by going the cost-savings route -- but make sure even in those cases you compare prices after shipping.

CIP.com has always been good to me and gives free shipping on a lot of items.
